An autobiography.

This was my final project for a class called Women Artists in Cultural Contexts. The final assignment was to create a profile on a female artist of our choosing, & I chose Sylvia Plath. I began reading a lot of her work and found myself relating to the majority of her pieces. I then realized the reality of the fact I could still relate to the same problems she was having decades ago, and how much work still needs to be done regarding equal rights for women. The video contains young women reading excerpts from various works of Plath's and is supplemented by sexist advertisements and informational films from the 50s & 60s, which is the time Plath was a young woman.
